Please add a messaging feature to this app. It is very disappointing that this is not already offered. This is the feature that our office uses the most.

Great program, but a little behind on the mobile integration side. Very limited functions in the mobile app and there is no tablet app, just a scaled phone app. Please add functions to app such as assigning tasks. Also, please add a true iPad version.
The Clio app is not working for me. Apparently, when I updated my iPhone and restored my apps, he did not properly worked with the iOS. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I am now happy with its functions. I am stillusing in and will update my review.
Worked great until last IOS update. Crashes constantly now.
Ive never used an app that crashes with more frequency, consistency or gusto than this one. Its basically unusable. Sometimes (I think as a personal joke on me) it will stay open juuuuust long enough to let me type all of the information into a new calendar entry, only to crash when I go to upload it. I talked to Clio support months ago, and they promised they were working on this known issue. Apparently making a usable app isnt a priority for them.
The app crashes constantly making it almost entirely unusable.
I have been a Clio user since 2010, and this app has improved greatly since it was initially launched. However, one big drawback is the lack of email integration. It is almost impossible for me to send or read email from my phone and save to Clio. To do that, I have to open Clio in the Safari browser on my phone, view on desktop, open the communications tab, click on the email icon, copy and paste, then go back into my email app to forward the email to the right address. It would be a world of difference and much easier for my practice if I could just send emails easily and have them saved to Clio. Additionally, I would like to be able to send secure messages to my clients from the Clio app.
Constantly crashes. Not user friendly. Cant use the calendar in court Bc it will crash and then takes too long to reload the app just to have it crash again. It literally crashes every time I initialize the app the first time, and often crashes immediately after loading the second time.
Worked just fine prior to update. Please fix!!!
The app crashes on startup probably 70% of the time. The calendar is slow to load. Once inside a matter, calendar and time entries are not shown in list format, so you have to swipe through the calendar to find past and future entries. Of course, swiping through the calendar often causes the app to crash. If the app was more like the website then it would be useful, however the desktop website is very hard to read on a mobile device.
I have to go to the desktop version through Safari every single time. It crashes each time me or my partner try to access it. Please fix!!!
App seems to work great but without access to clients bills or account balance I find myself having to use the web version more than the app. Clio please add bills so that I can add a star to my review.
The app appears quite buggy, and I find I keep reverting to web version. Issues I have found: 1) Have to create PIN numerous times. 2) Documents uploaded on web version do not appear in app version. Good potential, not ready for production use.
Love the full PC version but your app crashes continuously which seriously decreases its "on the go" utility and functionality. Please fix it.
My firm uses Clio and the app would have been super useful to record time entries when I am out of the office. However there is a major bug in the product. When the timer is turned on and then saved, the date of the time entry is the previous day. Yes it records the time in the previous days time entries. This confused me when I was trying to locate time entries. The problem can be replicated on other iPhones. We are in Singapore. I have no idea where Clios server is. I raised this as a support issue some 2 to 3 months ago and they finally responded by saying that it was a known bug. Clearly not a high priority bug and it effectively makes Clio for iOS useless unless you are always in the same time zone as their server.
